If you visit the Najamartworks web-shop for the first time, we advise you to make a registration first. Registration is optional and gives you a lot of benefits. When you are registered, and you want to make an order in the shop, you only have to login using your password and user name. After you make a registration or when make an order you will get an email with your personal password and user name.

Delivery terms (shipping)

The products that are ready to be shipped will take 7-10 days for international delivery and 4-7 days for local deliveries. Customize & hand painted products will be delivered between 10 to 15 days.


All prices are inclusive 10% GST


Exchange and Return

You may only exchange the product when

  1. The product sent is not your size. This does not include custom painted products.
  2. The product delivered is not what you ordered.

Please do not send back products without sending an email with mentioning your order number to .  If you want to exchange the product please mention the new article number and size. The customer service will inform about the procedure.

If you want to exchange a product you should use the following steps. Send us a direct email containing your order number and reasons for exchange. Wait for our reply before you send the item back, you will receive instructions on how to act.

To exchange the product contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. We do not take any responsibility if you do not contact us within 3 days. Pleas note that the clients have to pay for the shipping cost.

The following products can not be exchanged:

  • Products that are not in their orignal condition and packaging.
  • Product that is worn / used.
  • Producs with the labels, stickers and card removed.
  • Custom painted/created products

If we find that we have sent the wrong product we will reimburse the shipping cost of the customer for this product exchange.


You can not return the product in any condition; you can only exchange the product.
